Our Policies
Check-in: Check-In: Check-in is between 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Check-in before 3:00 pm or after 6:00 pm by special arrangement only. We request all guests contact us on the day before arrival to confirm their specific check-in time.
Check-out: Check-out time is by 11:00 am.
Parking: Off street parking is available for one car per room. Stemmerman’s Inn is not responsible for any damage or theft to your vehicle while visiting Stemmerman’s Inn nor are we responsible for parking tickets given for not displaying your pass properly.
Extra Guests: Our room rates are based on double occupancy. We charge $25 per night for each additional guest. If you would like to use the pull-out sofa and have only 2 guests there will be an additional $25 fee added to your stay.
Housekeeping: Housekeepers will not enter your room for daily cleaning. Essential items can be requested through daily basket service. If you require an in room service it must be arranged ahead of time at the cost of $35 per day.
Age Requirements: We accept children over the age of 12. No occupants under the age of twenty-one (21) are permitted without an accompanied parent or guardian.
Cancellation Policy: (72) hour notice is required to avoid (1) night room charge.
No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property including your suite, shared deck spaces, stairs, halls, balconies and ground. If you violate this policy, a $250 deodorizing fee will be charged to your card on file.
Pets: Regrettably, no pets are allowed. Should a pet be discovered in your room you will be assessed a $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee.
Noise Ordinance: Quiet time for all suites is 11:00 pm until 8:00 am. Please be considerate of other guests, especially on the shared decks and common areas.
Mobility and Medical Issues: We are not wheelchair accessible. Stair climbing is required. There is no elevator. Bedrooms are in an upstairs loft and bathrooms are on the first level of your suite.
Payment: Full payment is due at time of check-in.
Key Replacement: There is a $25 charge per lost or non-returned key. This will be charged to the card on file.
Left Items: We are not responsible for items that you leave behind. If you forgot something important and notify us (and we can find the item) we will have it sent to you for the cost of shipping & handling.
Room Damage: You are responsible for leaving the room in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was when you arrived. The registered guest will be held responsible for all damages to the room found during the stay or after departure. To include but not limited to, excessive cleaning to room, linens, towels, or carpets. Damage to bed linens or bath linens will result in full replacement costs. This will be assessed to the credit card on file.
Miscellaneous: This property is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests or vehicles. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to valuables that are not secured properly.
Liability Waiver: As a condition of staying at Stemmerman’s Inn, guests waive the right to dispute any charges that are made to your credit card regarding this policy.
