Policies & Information
Check-in: Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Check-in before 3:00 pm or after 6:00 pm by
special arrangement only. We request all guests to contact us on the day of arrival to confirm their
specific check-in time. Late check in (after 11:00 pm) will result in a $20 service charge.
Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Parking: Off street parking is available (one car per room).
Extra Guests: Our room rates are based on double occupancy (including children). We
charge $15 per night for each additional person. Maximum occupancy per room is four people.
Children: We accommodate children of all ages. However, we require parents to supervise their
children and keep them from running, jumping and shouting while inside the Inn.
Cancellation Policy: (72) hour notice is required to avoid (1) night room charge.
No Smoking: The Inn is a non-smoking establishment. We have a covered area outside to
accommodate our smoking guests. Guests electing to ignore our no smoking policy in the rooms will be
assessed a $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee.
Pets: Regrettably, no pets are allowed. Should a pet be discovered in the room you will be billed a $250
cleaning and deodorizing fee.
Mobility and Medical Issues: We are NOT wheel chair accessible. Stair climbing is required.
Payment: Full payment is due at time of check-in. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover.
Key Replacement: There is a $20 charge per lost or non-returned key.
Left Items: We are not responsible for items that you leave behind. If you forget something important
and notify us (and we can find the item) we will have it sent to you for the cost of shipping plus a $10
Room Damage: You are responsible for leaving the room in the same condition (with normal usage)
as it was when you arrived. The registered guest will be held responsible for any and all damages to the
room found during the stay or after departure.
Weekend-Festival-Holiday Minimums: Weekend and holiday bookings during summer season
require a two night minimum stay. Festival weekends/holidays throughout the rest of the year may
require a two night minimum. Please check before booking your stay.
Miscellaneous: This property is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone. We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests or vehicles. We will
not be held responsible for loss or damage to valuables that are not secured properly.
